Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Team member who thrives in a dynamic setting while collaborating with a remarkable team.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in assisting with clinical tasks and executing all responsibilities of the back office, including pre- and post-operative procedures. Dental assistants with a passion for oral surgery, as well as recent graduates in dental assisting, are encouraged to consider this opportunity.

This role is Full-Time, operating Monday through Friday (no weekends).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome patients, monitor blood pressure and pulse, document vital signs, and gather medical histories.
  • Support doctors and assist during dental procedures and surgeries.
  • Facilitate sedation processes.
  • Prepare medications as required.
  • Maintain accurate chart notes.
  • Sanitize operatories and organize necessary instruments and supplies.
  • Inform patients in the office and via phone about services and post-operative care.
  • Take impressions and create models.
  • Conduct X-ray imaging.
Qualifications:
  • Certification in dental assisting or relevant experience.
  • CPR certification.
  • X-ray certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient written and charting abilities.

Work Environment: In-person
