Lake Oswego, Oregon, United States John L. Scott Real Estate Full time
Job Description

A Real Estate Sales Representative is a key player in the real estate market, responsible for guiding clients through the purchase and sale of properties. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach. With the real estate market in a state of growth and transformation, we are seeking talented individuals who can capitalize on this momentum and provide a seamless experience for their clients.

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and creative problem solver, able to adapt to the ever-changing real estate landscape. Experience in sales, customer service, and marketing is highly valued, as is the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative strategies to stand out in a competitive market.

As a Real Estate Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to earn a competitive income based on your transaction volume. With dedication and hard work, it's not uncommon for agents to earn $50,000 to $100,000 or more per year. The key to success lies in building a strong client base and providing exceptional service to drive repeat business and referrals.

Regulatory Notice: While a real estate license is not required to apply, you must obtain one before being officially hired. To earn a license, you will need to complete real estate classes and pass a state licensing exam. Our recruiting team will provide additional details on the licensing process.

Job Responsibilities
  • Interact with clients through various channels, including phone, email, social media, and in-person meetings.
  • Provide expert advice on the local real estate market and its trends.
  • Answer questions about contracts, terms of sale, and other aspects of the real estate process.
