Hematology Account Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Hematology Account Manager to join our team at PharmaEssentia U.S.A. As a key member of our commercial organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and maximizing revenue in assigned geographical areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to promote PharmaEssentia's products to approved customers and distribution channels.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive solutions for customers and drive business results.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hematologists/oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Meet and exceed business objectives through effective planning, collaboration, and utilization of resources.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries, including 3+ years in hematology or oncology.
- Proven track record of sales success in academic and community-based institutions.
- Existing relationships with key customers and experience in new product launches preferred.
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and ability to navigate complex sales environments.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$150,000, depending on location and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical coverage, dental and vision coverage, work-life balance, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
