Responsibilities

POSITION OVERVIEW:

As an Advanced Wastewater Solutions Specialist, you will play a crucial role in reinforcing Infiltrator's leadership in the Advanced Wastewater Treatment sector. This position is essential for supporting our sales initiatives and facilitating the introduction of new products in a dynamic market. You will gain in-depth knowledge of our Advanced Treatment Systems (ATS) for residential applications, enabling you to effectively communicate their benefits and functionalities.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing expert support to the sales team through various promotional and training activities in the field.
  • Ensuring successful product launches by acting as the onsite authority during rollouts.
  • Conducting customer meetings to articulate the value propositions of our products.
  • Training both internal teams and external partners on advanced product features and applications.
  • Gathering customer feedback to inform product development and identifying market trends to shape future offerings.


This role will primarily focus on the Mid-Atlantic region, with responsibilities extending throughout North America.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop expertise in Advanced Treatment System Residential products to support sales activities, including:
    • Conducting product demonstrations and promotional events.
    • Providing comprehensive training on product functionality, installation, and operation.
    • Offering technical assistance for field-related inquiries.
    • Performing verification testing to ensure product performance.
  • Participating in industry trade shows to showcase ATS Residential products and engage with attendees.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to create marketing materials that highlight product advantages.
  • Working alongside various departments to implement effective product launch strategies.

EXPERIENCE:
  • Familiarity with the onsite wastewater sector.
  • Understanding of regulated business environments.
  • Experience in a market-driven product landscape.
  • Background in providing product training in a field setting.
  • Proven ability to set and achieve target-based business objectives.
  • Experience working closely with clients in a technical capacity.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant Technical or Marketing discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a technical sales role.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and work remotely.
  • Ability to quickly assimilate new product information.
