About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated National Field Support Agent to join our team at Spectrum. As a key member of our Field Operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting our Field Technicians in resolving service problems at customer locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Field Technicians in troubleshooting and resolving service issues
  • Use technical and interpersonal skills to resolve internet, video, and telephone issues for customers
  • Act as a traffic controller for our Field Technicians, enabling efficient and timely service
  • Interface directly with customers to resolve their issues

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • MS Office and computer literacy
  • Problem-solving, critical thinking, communication, adaptability, and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work a variety of schedules, including mornings, nights, weekends, overnights, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2 or more years of experience in telecommunications, call center, or high-speed data, video, or voice experience
  • College coursework or equivalent experience in technology
