  • Engage extensively with all parties involved in the claims process to ensure clear communication and resolution.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to our claimants on behalf of our clients, demonstrating empathy throughout the claims journey.
  • Manage claims in accordance with clients' and corporate policies, procedures, and industry standards, adhering to statutory, regulatory, and ethical requirements.
  • Document and communicate claim activities promptly and efficiently, supporting the overall claim file outcome.
How You Will Make an Impact

Ideal candidates will possess:

Claims Experience:
General Liability, Premises Liability, Product Liability, or Auto Bodily Injury claims.

Jurisdictional Knowledge:
As many as applicable.

Active Adjusters' Licenses:
As many as applicable.

As a vital member of our Claims Adjuster team, you will:


Investigate, assess, and resolve General Liability claims, applying your analytical skills to make informed decisions and bring claims to a satisfactory conclusion.


  • Collaborate with our clients to deliver innovative solutions and enhance the claims management process.
  • Employ critical thinking, problem-solving, and prioritization skills to optimally serve our clients.
About You

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant claims experience.
  • Appropriate licensing and/or certification in all jurisdictions where claims are managed.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and practices.
  • Proficiency in claims and business-related software.

DESIRED:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
