Position Overview:

The Parking Operations Specialist will be primarily responsible for overseeing the daily functions and management of the parking facilities. Key responsibilities will include maintaining the lot, ensuring security, and providing directions and information to guests regarding parking services.

Compensation:

This position offers an hourly wage of $16.

Benefits:

For part-time roles, we offer a 401(k) savings plan with matching contributions. Additionally, part-time, seasonal, and internship employees accrue paid leave at a rate of one hour for every 30 hours worked, up to a maximum of 48 hours per year.

Our venue is situated in a vibrant market that thrives on hosting events. The Central Bank Center is a key player in the community, featuring extensive exhibition and meeting space, along with ample parking facilities. The venue is recognized as a leading destination for both entertainment and cultural events.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage traffic flow, vehicle parking, and ensure safety and security within the parking area.
  • Oversee the maintenance and functionality of gates and lighting in the parking lots.
  • Set up event parking signage in advance of scheduled events to ensure clear communication to patrons.
