Description:

As the Subcontract Administration Lead, you will oversee supplier performance and cultivate strategic partnerships within the Global Supply Chain Management teams.

Your team plays a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of essential hardware at competitive pricing, while adhering to optimal terms and conditions to support the Infrared Search and Track (IRST) production line and meet the needs of our customers and warfighters.


Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be tasked with managing supplier relationships and performance metrics.

Your specific duties will include:
- Soliciting, negotiating, and issuing Purchase Orders through Procure to Pay systems
- Monitoring and expediting the delivery of procured hardware
- Addressing and resolving supplier-related issues with appropriate management oversight
- Gaining a thorough understanding of program material requirements, Lockheed Martin Acquisition Procedures (LMAP), Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR)
- Collaborating cross-functionally with program teams and suppliers
- Assisting in presenting program updates to leadership

Basic Qualifications:


A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field, or equivalent experience/combined education, along with 3 years of professional experience; or 1 year of professional experience with a related Master's degree.

- Capacity to manage multiple critical assignments simultaneously and work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Remote Telework:

The selected candidate will work part of their schedule remotely and part at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports various alternate work schedules that offer additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules can range from a standard 40-hour work week to condensed formats, providing employees with extra time away from the office in addition to Paid Time Off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
