As the Subcontract Management professional, you will oversee supplier performance and cultivate strategic partnerships within the Global Supply Chain Management teams.

Your role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of essential hardware at competitive pricing, while adhering to appropriate terms and conditions to support the Infrared Search and Track (IRST) production line and its diverse clientele.


Key Responsibilities
In this capacity, you will be tasked with:

Core Duties:
- Soliciting, negotiating, and executing Purchase Orders with suppliers within Procure to Pay systems
- Monitoring and expediting the procurement of hardware
- Addressing and resolving supplier-related issues with managerial oversight
- Gaining a comprehensive understanding of program material requirements, Lockheed Martin Acquisition Procedures (LMAP), Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR)
- Collaborating cross-functionally with program teams and suppliers
- Assisting in the presentation of program status to leadership

Basic Qualifications:


A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field, or equivalent experience/combined education, along with 3 years of professional experience; or 1 year of professional experience with a related Master's degree.

The selected candidate will work part of their schedule remotely and part at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports various alternate work schedules that offer additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules may include standard 40 hours over a five-day work week or condensed options, providing employees with extra time away from the office in addition to Paid Time Off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
