  • Ensure pricing aligns with project budgets and maintain a detailed buyout spreadsheet for each job, addressing any concerns with management.
  • Utilize Docusign for managing various contracts and documentation.
  • Maintain comprehensive logs for cost tracking to assist Project Managers in monthly job cost forecasting.
  • Actively engage in monthly forecast review meetings, providing insights on potential profit erosion risks.
  • Support and supervise internal billing processes and change order management.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to Accounts Payable for major suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Audit monthly invoices from subcontractors and suppliers against commitments.
  • Compile and monitor monthly statements from all commitment vendors to ensure accurate invoice processing.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to accurately compute figures such as discounts, interest, and percentages.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and relevant accounting software, with advanced Excel skills being essential.
