Job Description

As a Program Engineer at Motherson, you will be responsible for managing the customer relationship and ensuring the successful launch of new projects. Your primary focus will be on communicating with the customer's engineering team, resolving design issues, and tracking new feature launches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily communication with customer engineering team
  • Resolve design issues and work with customer to obtain corrected documentation
  • Track new feature launches and ensure timely implementation
  • Lead PKC plant through new project launches and create timing plans
  • Maintain customer relationship and ensure strong partnership

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in program engineering or a related field
  • Experience in automotive industry and wire harness design and manufacturing
  • Prior experience in a role requiring frequent customer interface

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5 years of electrical distribution systems experience
  • PMP credential
  • Experience in automotive industry and wire harness industry
  • Bilingual, English and Spanish
