Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to students, faculty, and staff, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage cash transactions, including receiving payments, processing refunds, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Operate a cash drawer, balancing transactions, and preparing reports as required.
  • Assist with daily supervision of the cashiering function, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of transactions.
  • Communicate effectively with various departments across campus via two-way radio and/or phone for auto assistance, boot verification, and security purposes.
Requirements:
  • High school graduation or equivalent required; relevant experience in a customer service or cash handling role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records, balance cash transactions, and prepare reports as required.
