About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Maintenance Dispatcher to join our team at the Port of Portland. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, and providing exceptional customer service to our tenants and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process maintenance requests from tenants and staff
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of work orders
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
  • Provide excellent customer service to tenants and visitors
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operation of facilities
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or facilities management
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of maintenance procedures and protocols
