This national client is well-known in the service & hospitality industries. Due to growth seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join the maintenance staff at its plant in central MA. Primary duties include:

  • Supervise, train and mentor Maintenance staff on respective shift.

  • Responsible for the corrective and preventative maintenance on large commercial grade cleaning machines to include installations, repairs and modifications.

  • Responsible for maintenance of facility and surrounding areas.

Provide reports to Maintenance Manager and Production/Plant Manager.

Ideal candidates for Maintenance Supervisor position in MA will possess the following

  • Associates degree in Electro-technology, vocational technical training or military (technical) training.

  • 3+ years' experience in a high-volume, fast paced manufacturing or processing facility/plant.

  • 2+ years managing/leading maintenance staff

  • Must be able to pass technical assessment (electrical, mechanical, troubleshooting skills, etc.)

Salary range 89,000-100,000/yr. Benefits include: medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, insurance, PTO.



Pay Details: 89,000.00 to 100,000.00 per year
