We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth Care Specialist to join our team at Rite of Passage. As a Nighttime Youth Counselor, you will play a vital role in supporting the emotional and behavioral needs of at-risk youth in our care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support and guidance to youth in a therapeutic setting
  • Develop and implement behavior modification plans to promote positive change

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test
