Job Summary:
The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of bi-weekly payrolls. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process bi-weekly payrolls in a timely and accurate manner
- Collaborate with Human Resources, Accounting, and Facility staff to ensure seamless communication
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years' experience in processing payroll
- Multi-state payroll processing experience preferred
- Substantial experience in automated payroll systems required; experience with UKG Kronos is required
- Customer Service driven leadership
- Strong work ethic
- Team player attitude
