Subcontract Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Subcontract Manager to join our team at Lockheed Martin Corporation. As a key member of our Supply Chain organization, you will be responsible for managing subcontractors and ensuring the successful execution of our programs.
Key Responsibilities- Source and purchase various procurements, including machinery, equipment, tools, raw materials, packaging materials, parts, services, and supplies.
- Review proposals, negotiate prices, select or recommend suppliers, analyze trends, follow up on orders, verify delivery, approve payment, and maintain necessary records.
- Work closely with suppliers to execute contracts and provide contract management support for complex contracts.

- Facilitate procurement interface, including competition, supplier performance indicators, invoices/billings, changes, schedule, budgets, and funding.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education.
- At least 8 years of professional experience in solicitation/evaluation, contract types (FFP, T&M, LTA, CPAF), complex negotiation, supply chain management, P2P (or similar ERP/SAP system), FAR/DFAR, source selection, and evaluation.
- US citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 10 years of professional experience; or 8 years of professional experience with a related Master's degree.
- Demonstrated customer service mindset, proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, leadership skills, Microsoft Schedule knowledge, delegation of authority, requirements documentation experience, and exceptional strategic communication skills.
Lockheed Martin offers a competitive salary range of $91,300 - $175,000, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.
