About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Subcontracts Administrator to join our team at Lockheed Martin Space. As a Subcontracts Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and administering subcontracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and administer subcontracts, including preparing and reviewing subcontract agreements, purchase orders, and other related documents.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, contracts, and program management, to ensure seamless execution of subcontracts.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, procurement, or supply chain management.
  • 1+ years of experience in subcontracts administration, procurement, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and apply complex policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
