Griffin Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Outpatient Psychiatrist to join our team in the Lower Naugatuck Valley Region. As a member of our psychiatric services team, you will provide direct clinical services and clinical supervision in the Outpatient Psychiatric Clinic and Intensive Outpatient Programs.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct clinical services to patients in the Outpatient Psychiatric Clinic and Intensive Outpatient Programs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary behavioral services staff, including RNs, APRNs, Licensed Social Workers, and Counselor and Front Office Support Staff
- Organize and lead team meetings to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
- Teach medical students and residents as part of our educational program
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements
- Board certification or eligibility in psychiatry
- Monday through Friday schedule with paid weekend coverage
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
