Position Overview
This role focuses on the administration and management of Linux systems within a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in security and networking, complemented by a robust understanding of Linux operating systems.

Key Qualifications

  • Mandatory Skills: Security+ CE, Network+, or A+
  • All candidates must be U.S. Citizens with an active TS/SCI Security Clearance and Polygraph.

Desirable Skills:
  • Basic Linux Administration: Configuration of backend databases and scripts.
  • Proficiency in Linux Ansible, including the use of Ansible Playbooks.
  • Experience in maintaining Linux operating systems, including error log reviews.
  • Understanding of Continuous Integration practices.
  • Basic Docker skills for containerization, including building and running images.
  • Ability to deploy Docker applications and create containerized language-specific applications.
  • Experience in scanning images for security vulnerabilities.
  • Familiarity with Linux on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and scalable environments.
  • Experience with source control management tools such as Subversion, GitLab, and Bitbucket.
  • Basic knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Gradle.
