The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Freight Flow Lead to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll have a direct impact on the execution of our brand standards and the success of our store.

Under the guidance of our Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager, you'll be the in-store expert for your business or department. You'll be the immediate point of contact and coach for your team, supporting them in building and hiring a strong team through in-store interviews and department tours.

You'll build a people-first culture by connecting with every teammate in the store, fostering mutual trust, respect, and contributing to our strong store recognition culture.

You'll plan, organize, and control our daily operations 30 days in advance, working closely with our Assistant Store Manager to build an effective approach and align on necessary workforce to execute daily assignments, game plans, projects, or store events.

You'll strategically leverage your teammates to ensure our brand standards are met, programs and processes are executed daily, and tasks are delegated based on their priority level.

You'll assist our store leadership team with general supervision in the store, in accordance with our Company policies and procedures, including opening and closing the store, performing Front End and Cash Office functions, and processing firearms sales in compliance with State and Federal ATF regulations, where applicable.

You'll uphold our company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment standards, etc.

You'll assist with training teammates on our company procedures and programs, including onboarding new teammates and cross-training current teammates.

You'll lead by example to support our vision of the organization and store, helping teammates understand how their responsibilities directly align to our common purpose, organizational goals, and delivering a hassle-free shopping experience.

You'll create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome and safe and is treated with respect.

You'll adhere to our established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.

You'll take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store.
