Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage professionally with customers, including homeowners, contractors, and vendors.
  • Travel to various job sites to fulfill service requests involving repairs, replacements, or adjustments of door unit components.
  • Assemble semi-custom level 2 single-door units.
  • Prepare materials for assembly using precise measurements.
  • Operate various saws to cut materials as needed.
  • Interpret work orders to ensure accurate assembly.
  • Make necessary repairs or adjustments to uphold product quality.
  • Utilize field service software to document activities and provide updates on work performed.
  • Conduct warranty work and service for a fee, which includes field evaluations, generating quotes, and processing payments when necessary.
  • Adhere to safety standards while performing all tasks.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED; an Associate's Degree is preferred.
  • Willingness to occasionally stay overnight depending on job requirements.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Experience in door manufacturing is a plus.
  • Technical knowledge of repair and maintenance procedures for all products offered by Reeb.
  • Exceptional craftsmanship, particularly in finish carpentry with a focus on millwork and trim.
  • Ability to work from ladders and lifts at varying heights.
  • Capability to lift and maneuver heavy objects exceeding 100 pounds.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, especially in challenging interactions.
