Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to join our team at Chamberlain Group. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our executives, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to executives, including preparing reports, correspondence, and presentations; managing calendars and scheduling appointments; and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases; ensure confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, and transportation; ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of office space, including supplies, equipment, and facilities; ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Financial Management: Process invoices, prepare purchase orders, and compile expense reports; ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices; participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; 6+ years of relevant work experience preferred.
  • Skills: Moderate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
