Job Title: Strategic Engagement Lead

As a Strategic Engagement Lead at ClifyX, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by generating qualified opportunity pipelines through proactive connections, market research, and account mining. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive 30% YoY growth in the TSS ESU opportunity pipeline
  • Managing customer relationships and escalating issues to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver project results and improve customer health status

Requirements:

  • Graduate or post-graduate degree
  • Strong understanding of ERP product offerings, especially SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong presentation and articulation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of relevant geography market for SAP/Oracle ERP software
  • Experience in sales/presales/business development/delivery for ERP implementation and support services
  • Experience in ERP implementation service pre-sales/delivery for at least three large ERP Cloud transformation engagements
