Job Overview

As an Auto Care Center Service Writer at Walmart, you will play a critical role in ensuring the satisfaction of our customers who entrust us with the care of their vehicles. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers' needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and timely estimates for vehicle repairs and maintenance
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and concerns
  • Work closely with our technicians to ensure that repairs are completed efficiently and to a high standard
  • Upsell and cross-sell services and products to customers
  • Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets
