Your responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, at times examining vehicle damages with clients, communicating with insurance companies, managing phone calls and emails, reviewing customer files and prepping them for final delivery of vehicle and guaranteeing overall customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
• Greets customer
• Gathers necessary information to complete the next steps
• Review damages with the customer and confirm main concern
• Explain the repair process to the customer and check for understanding
• Communicates customer concerns and damages with the estimator, office, and shop manager
• Updating customers through the system on a weekly basis
• Assists with daily CSR responsibilities: answering phones, assisting customer walk-ins, entering payments, contacting insurance company, receiving invoices from time to time, etc.
• Scheduling repair appointments and preparing paperwork

Qualifications

• You must have experience working in a team environment to be considered for this role
• Previous experience in providing exceptional customer service is a requirement
• Proficiency in multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining organization is essential for this position
• Strong communication skills are a mandatory requirement for this role
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial for success in this position
• Prior knowledge of payment processing and reconciliation is a preferred qualification
• Experience in a body shop environment would be a valuable asset for this role
