About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Residential Operations Manager to join our team at Alaska Behavioral Health. The successful candidate will provide leadership and operational oversight to residential staff, develop and implement integrated performance management systems, and ensure compliance of residential clinical records with AKBH policies, COA, Medicaid, Medicare, and other payors.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and manage a team of residential staff to deliver high-quality care and services.
  • Develop and implement performance management systems to drive improvement and accountability.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant clinical records in accordance with AKBH policies and regulatory requirements.
