About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Psychiatrist to lead our team in Anchorage, Alaska. As a key member of our healthcare organization, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading clinical programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 50% Clinical / 50% Administrative responsibilities
  • Clinical oversight of Outpatient Services, Intensive Case Management Services, Clubhouse Services, Youth residential Services, and Women's Substance Use Residential Services
  • Integrating Psychiatry into current and expanded Intensive Case Management Programs
  • Enhancing Nurse Case Management incorporation into all programming

Requirements:

  • B/C or B/E Medical Director experience

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range: $439,000 - $502,000
  • Relocation assistance up to $30,000
  • Sign-on bonus negotiable
  • Retention bonus at 2-year mark

  • Generous PTO package with 6.5 weeks annually + 400 hours may be carried over/or payout of not used
