Your Role:
As a key member of our recruiting team, you will engage daily in collaborative efforts to create sourcing strategies that effectively meet the team's recruitment goals. You will proactively identify and cultivate a pipeline of candidates for both current and future openings, focusing on high-demand talent.
The Recruitment Associate plays a vital role in the success of System One by:
- Designing, developing, and implementing sourcing strategies in partnership with recruiters.
- Identifying and recruiting technical candidates to support industries such as Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Chemical, Medical Device, Consumer Product, and Flavor/Fragrance.
- Assessing and reviewing potential candidates through various methods including calls, job boards, social media, and internal databases.
- Conducting interviews with prospective candidates, evaluating their skills, work history, and salary expectations.
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified talent for current and future client needs.
- Generating leads and gathering market intelligence to support our client development initiatives.

- Proven ability to meet established recruiting metrics and performance standards.
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with candidates and clients.
