Job Title: Construction Manager
Job Summary:
Lead a team of skilled workers in truss or panel manufacturing, ensuring timely completion of projects and maintaining high-quality standards. Key responsibilities include scheduling and directing workers, interviewing and selecting new hires, and enforcing safety regulations. A strong background in construction or manufacturing is essential, with 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role. Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and direct workers to meet production demands
Interview and select new hires for production needs
Ensure production schedules and labor hour estimates meet schedule demands
Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
Drive efficiency and improve productivity through process improvements and employee training
