Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Accountants One is partnering with a leading global manufacturing company to find a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager. This is an exceptional opportunity for a professional to make a significant impact on the company's financial strategy and operations.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of manufacturing cost and profit margin analysis, as well as experience in creating and implementing processes, building new reports, and improving efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and report on profit margin by client, region, and product
  • Develop and maintain weekly and monthly KPI reports
  • Lead the annual and quarterly budget and revenue forecast
  • Produce and present ad-hoc analysis reports for operational and corporate management teams
  • Present findings to executive management and private equity sponsors
  • Create financial models for strategic planning
  • Ensure Bill of Materials (BOM) accuracy and meet target profit margins
  • Prepare variance analysis, trend analysis, and profit analysis for operational decisions
  • Implement new systems for forecasting, budgeting, analysis, and reporting

Requirements:

  • Accounting or Finance degree
  • Manufacturing industry experience required
  • Seven or more years of corporate financial analysis experience
  • Advanced Excel skills and Power BI expertise
  • Experience with multiple business units and ERPs
  • Hyperion, OneStream, or Planful experience
  • SQL skills a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Some travel required
