Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Financial Planning and Analysis to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for analyzing data and advising our President on strategic financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies, plans, and budgets.
    • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling to support informed decision-making.
  • Financial Reporting:
    • Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
  • Risk Management:
    • Identify and assess financial risks, and implement strategies to mitigate them.
  • Strategic Financial Leadership:
    • Provide financial insights and guidance to support strategic decision-making.
    • Collaborate with other executives to align financial goals with overall business objectives.
  • Cost Management:
    • Implement cost-control measures and efficiency improvements.
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Compliance and Ethics:
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and ethical practices.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • MBA or advanced degree in finance preferred.
    • CFA preferred.
  • Skills and Qualifications:
    • Extensive experience in financial management, with a track record of progressively responsible roles.
    • Ability to think strategically and align financial strategies with overall business objectives.
    • Experience in a leadership position within a finance department.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
    • Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop a high-performing finance team.
