As an Early Childhood Psychologist, you will play a vital role in promoting healthy development and well-being in children from birth to 5 years old.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct transdisciplinary team assessments to identify developmental delays and disabilities
  • Administer and interpret psychological and developmental tools, with a focus on autism spectrum disorder evaluations
  • Collaborate with team members to develop comprehensive treatment plans that address the unique needs of each child and family
  • Counsel families on assessment findings and provide guidance on connecting with community services
Requirements:
  • Doctorate degree in Clinical or School Psychology
  • Licensed Psychologist in the state of Arizona
  • Postdoctoral experience in evaluations with children birth to 5 years old
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a transdisciplinary team
  • Experience with relationship-based approaches to treatment and assessment
  • Competency in using the Bayley Scales of Infant Development, Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS), and Wechsler Scales
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed care and experience working with young children with Autism
