Job Title: Early Childhood Educator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Ark of Learning. As a key member of our educational team, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and lessons for children following provided curriculum.
* Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
* Provide guidance and support to children in their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
* Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure the well-being and progress of each child.
* Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
* Incorporate math and physical education into daily activities and lessons.
* Conduct students' assessments per cycle.
* Clean classroom areas during activities and after.

Requirements:

* Experience in Early Childhood Education with ages 2-5.
* Previous experience working with young children in a daycare, preschool, or educational setting.
* Knowledge of child welfare guidelines and regulations.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to lead a group alone, with creativity and good classroom management.
* Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children.
* Drug testing required.
