We are seeking a passionate Early Childhood Educator to lead our Head Start & Early Head Start Program. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in fostering a love for learning and promoting intellectual and creative growth in young minds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement engaging lesson plans to promote early education and literacy.
  • Create a safe and inclusive learning environment that encourages physical activity, rest, and playtime.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Communicate effectively with parents on their child's progress and growth.
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to state and federal regulations.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in early childhood education, child development, or a related field.
  • 6 months of preschool experience.
  • Experience with staff supervision responsibilities is a plus.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.
  • CPR/First Aid certification is a must.
  • Food handlers card certification is required.
  • Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card is necessary.
