We are seeking a highly skilled Benefits Program Manager to join our Human Resources team at Intelsat. As a key member of our total rewards team, you will be responsible for managing and developing our company-wide well-being program, providing critical support in the administration and strategic direction of our global health, welfare, and retirement plans.
Key Responsibilities- Own and manage the global well-being program, including creating challenges, rewards programs, and chairing the well-being committee.
- Serve as the front-line liaison with third-party partners and insurers, ensuring the correct administration of all programs and their performance.
- Audit summary plan descriptions for accuracy, manage annual plan audits, and recommend changes.
- Develop and implement employee communications for new and existing programs.
- Lead project management on select projects, interacting with internal departments and external partners.
- Provide strategic direction for new programs and changes to existing programs, using analytics and data to inform recommendations.
- Undergraduate degree
- 5 years' relevant experience in strategic management of benefit programs, particularly well-being programs
- Strong individual leadership skills, customer interaction, team/matrix leadership, facilitation, and communication skills
- Ability to identify and assess complex issues and create solutions
- Ability to develop metrics, work with teams to capture and track data, analyze, and make recommendations based on data
