We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Workforce Analyst to join our team in Washington, D.C. This exciting opportunity will allow you to utilize your analytical expertise to inform workforce planning decisions and drive business outcomes.

Salary: $163,964 - $191,900 per year

Job Description

This Supervisory Statistician role requires a unique blend of statistical analysis, human capital management, and leadership skills. As a key member of our Workforce Planning Division, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing strategic workforce plans to support the agency's mission
  • Providing technical advice on statistical analysis and human capital quality improvement methods
  • Overseeing subordinate execution of short- and long-range human capital program planning and projections

You will work closely with senior leaders to identify business needs and develop solutions that drive organizational success. Your expertise in statistical analysis, data interpretation, and human capital management will be critical to informing decision-making and driving business outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess a combination of education and experience in statistics, human capital management, and leadership. Specifically, we require:

  • A degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (15 semester hours in statistics)
  • 9 additional semester hours in one or more of the following: physical or biological sciences, medicine, education, or engineering
  • Experience in statistical analysis, human capital management, and leadership
