We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team at Wallingford Nursing & Rehab in Wallingford, PA. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nutrition care to our residents.

About the Role

This is a full-time, Monday-to-Friday, day-shift position that offers a competitive salary of $70,000-$75,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and company-paid life insurance. You will also have access to a 401K plan, paid time off, and variable compensation plans.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans of care for residents, taking into account their medical history, dietary needs, and preferences.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and address any nutrition-related concerns.
  • Provide education and support to residents, families, and caregivers on nutrition-related topics, including meal planning and healthy eating.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nutritional interventions and make adjustments as needed.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of nutrition assessments, interventions, and follow-up.
Requirements
  • Registered Dietitian (RD) or licensed dietitian, as required by the state of employment.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting or as a consulting dietitian, with a preference for experience working with geriatric populations.
