Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Palliative Care physician to join a collaborative health system in the California Bay area.

Role Responsibilities: The selected physician will engage in a quality enhancement and care coordination initiative. This role involves traveling to various community clinics and acute care facilities, providing essential patient care and supporting the clinical team in managing current palliative medicine patients.

Collaboration: The Palliative Care physician will work closely with the administrative team to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.

On-Call Duties: The on-call schedule is 1-3, managed from home.

Compensation: This is a full-time employed position offering a competitive salary, RVU-based bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Note: This opportunity does not qualify for Visa sponsorship.
