Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Kelly. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
- Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, and preparing reports.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with data entry and maintenance of our database.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
