Job Overview

Parraway Recruitment Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Post Acute/Skilled Care Administrator to lead our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Skilled Care goals, plans, and standards that align with our clinical, administrative, legal, and ethical requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Skilled Care goals, plans, and standards that meet organizational requirements.
  • Direct and evaluate departmental operations, including patient care delivery, information technologies, service level determination, and complaint management.
  • Plan and monitor staffing activities, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions, and continuing education initiatives.
  • Prepare, monitor, and evaluate departmental budgets to ensure compliance with allocated funding.
  • Coordinate and direct internal/external audits.
  • Create and foster an environment that encourages professional growth and development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • AHA-Basic Life Support certification.
  • Current and active Nursing Home Administrators license for the State of Tennessee.
  • Minimum 3 years of nursing home leadership experience.
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field, preferred.
