  • Implement policies and controls to ensure optimal IT performance.
  • Administer DNS and assist in migrating systems to cloud-based solutions.
  • Manage Microsoft 365 environments and support Active Directory operations.
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding experiences through effective project management.
  • Collaborate with clients to diagnose and resolve ongoing and historical technology issues.

Your Qualifications:
