At Dal-Tile, we're seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical issues with equipment and machinery.
  • Install and repair pipes and pipe fittings, and perform other tasks related to plumbing and HVAC systems.
  • Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance procedures on manufacturing and building equipment.
  • Inform supervisors of equipment status and notify them of any problem areas.
  • Follow standard operating and safety procedures.
  • Keep work areas safe, clean, and organized.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience.
  • Ability to operate a forklift and climb heights up to 30 feet.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Good record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to understand and speak basic English.
