About the Role

This role involves working on routine assignments with limited judgment required within a geographic area. Key responsibilities include processing financial transactions, balancing cash drawers, and assisting customers with account needs. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Process a variety of routine financial transactions, including check cashing, withdrawals, deposits, and loan payments.
  • Balance cash drawers and count currency and coin accurately.
  • Assist customers in determining the types of accounts that will meet their financial needs.
  • Open and process all types of deposit and loan accounts, including complex retail products.
  • Cross-sell other bank services and refer customers to other departments as appropriate.
  • Answer questions and resolve complex technical problems on customer accounts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain confidentiality.
Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Ability to understand and follow directions.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Word and Excel software applications.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Completion of high school, vocational training, or equivalent.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive total rewards package, including base wages and comprehensive benefits. The pay range for this role is $18.00 to $20.00, and the pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors. We also offer performance-based incentive compensation, comprehensive healthcare coverage, a 401(k)-retirement savings plan, and other benefits.
