We are seeking a highly skilled Part Time Teller to join our team in Raleigh, NC. As a Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, accurately performing high-volume customer banking transactions, and educating customers on new technology and banking products.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty.
- Process a variety of customer interactions, including transactions, deposits, and withdrawals.
- Educate customers on alternatives available for their financial interactions.
- Identify banking opportunities during customer interactions and refer as appropriate.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of banking products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
