We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Lead to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our Direct-to-Consumer team, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end test delivery for Peacock International Program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain communication and relationships with other teams and test leads across the technology organization.
- Oversee and coordinate the development of test plans.
- Lead a team of 5-8 QA Engineers and Specialists in coordinating end-to-end QA testing for Peacock features across all platforms.
- Manage and review test plans, participate in Technical Development Analysis (TDA) meetings, and provide features delivery timelines.
- Act as a liaison for development/program/systems teams, prioritize testing and Jira tickets, and report test execution status to Test Managers, Project Managers, and Release Managers.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and Test Management.
- Experience with building test plans and coordinating QA/UAT with functional teams.
- Prior experience with Agile and SDLC methodologies, particularly within streaming.
- Experience working with remote or international delivery teams.
- Proficient in working with Confluence and managing JIRA boards.
- Familiarity with current popular Connected Device/OTT platforms.
- Familiarity with Project Management principles to support program delivery.
- Ability to learn and understand end-to-end Systems Workflows.
