Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate all aspects of parties and events, including theme development, decorations, and logistics.
  • Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute event concepts and strategies.
  • Manage event budgets and ensure that all events are delivered within budget.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Ensure that all events are delivered to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and execute menus and beverage options for events.
  • Manage event staff and volunteers to ensure that all events are staffed and executed to perfection.
  • Monitor and analyze event metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance the overall event experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 months work experience in customer relations, parties or events.
  • One to two years experience in a high-volume, fine-casual dining or related restaurant, preferred.
  • Experience working with children, preferred.
  • Current ServeSafe certification, preferred.
  • Good verbal and communication skills are required.
  • Must enjoy public speaking, children, and possess a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
