Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Ramp Service Agent to join our team at Signature Flight Support Corporation. As a Ramp Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our ground support equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct flight line operations in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Provide professional and friendly customer service to clients and colleagues.
  • Operate and maintain ground support equipment, including fuel trucks, de-icing trucks, and stair trucks.
  • Perform various tasks, such as fueling, de-icing, and lavatory services, to ensure the safe and efficient operation of aircraft.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 18 years of age.
  • Valid state driver's license required; commercial driver's license (CDL) may be required in some locations.
  • Ability to pass background checks, drug tests, and obtain airport security badge.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Three to six months of experience in aviation, customer service, or a related field.
  • Ability to pass a color vision test for inspecting aviation fuel.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use email and computer-based training modules.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $21.29 to $25.00, depending on experience and qualifications.
