Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct flight line operations in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Provide professional and friendly customer service to clients, crew members, and other stakeholders.
  • Operate and maintain ground support equipment, including fuel trucks, vans, tugs, and cars.
  • Perform various functions, such as fueling, de-icing, and loading/unloading luggage and cargo.
  • Work effectively in a team environment, communicating clearly and following instructions.
  • Meet and exceed customer service standards, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid state driver's license and ability to pass background checks.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and materials as needed.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in aviation or customer service.
  • Knowledge of ground support equipment and operations.
  • Ability to speak multiple languages.
