Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth and executing business plans across our Coca-Cola Affiliated Sales Organization (CASO) bottling partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop key business building opportunities to support volume and share growth for Keurig Dr Pepper.
  • Align system resources to implement marketing and operational programs according to plan, schedule, and budget.
  • Interface with bottler personnel and Keurig Dr Pepper National Retail Sales teams to improve retail account penetration for our products.
  • Cultivate productive working relationships with key bottlers and trade contacts within the CASO team.
  • Support the management of local resources within bottler budgets and develop joint business plans to support business objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a business or sales-related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of beverage sales or consumer products experience within a closely related field.
  • Adaptable and quick to learn new processes and tools.
  • A proven track record of performance meeting targets and objectives.
  • Self-directed, goal-oriented, and flexible, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
